DeepIntent is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Learning Programs & Delivery to join our Learning & Development team. This role will play a critical part in enabling both our clients and internal commercial teams through high-impact, instructor-led training programs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in training, learning & development, sales enablement, client education, or a related role, preferably within ad tech, digital media, SaaS, or healthcare advertising.
- Proven experience delivering live and virtual, instructor-led training to both client-facing and internal audiences.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and post-sales client journey, with the ability to tailor training to different roles and personas.
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills, with confidence leading sessions for senior-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical or product concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable learning experiences.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple training programs and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop professional training materials and documentation.
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; experience with LMS platforms and virtual training tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required for client and internal training sessions.
- Instructional design experience, including the ability to structure learning journeys aligned to adult learning principles.
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise (or similar).
- Experience designing and deploying microlearning programs using tools such as Qstream or equivalent platforms.
- Familiarity with learning analytics and reinforcement strategies to improve knowledge retention and behavior change.
