IT Manager

Deepgram is seeking an experienced IT Manager to own and evolve their company's IT ecosystem as they scale. The role involves designing and implementing systems that make it easy and secure for teammates to onboard and work efficiently from anywhere.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT administration, systems management, or a similar role
• Deep knowledge of SaaS tools, identity management systems, and MDM solutions
• Hands-on experience managing Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other core collaboration platforms
• Familiarity with SOC 2 and similar compliance frameworks
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and IT budgets
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
