Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Deep Originis is a biotechnology company using AI to accelerate drug discovery. They are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build predictive models, particularly within the biology field, and collaborate with the Cellular Simulations team. The role involves creating ML-based representations, tuning and optimizing models, and incorporating biological simulations.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in a relevant quantitative field (Computer Science, Math, Physics, etc.)
• At least 5 years of experience in the development of machine learning models in an industry setting
• Knowledge of optimization methodologies for machine learning models
• Extensive coding experience, preferably Python, but other language proficiency will be considered
• Fluent English for collaboration with an international team
