Job Description
Deel is an all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and influence the product strategy, roadmap, and GTM for internal platforms, data pipelines, and APIs that power critical customer experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management with significant time as a technical or platform PM
- Experience owning APIs, data pipelines, ETL/ELT, or backend platforms at scale
- Comfort working closely with engineering counterparts
- Strong documentation and internal stakeholder communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and deliver in environments with complex dependencies
