Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. The Senior Partnerships Manager is responsible for owning and scaling high-impact partner relationships to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Requirements

• Native or full professional proficiency in both English and French (written and verbal), fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong copywriting and campaign execution experience
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in HR or Fintech, or at a fast-growing startup, is a plus
• Experience working in a remote, distributed team is a plus
• 3–5 years in partnerships, sales, or business development roles
