Job Description
Deel is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join their Professional Employer Organization (PEO) division. The HR Consultant will provide strategic HR support to clients, help them navigate the complexities of managing a global workforce, and ensure successful HR operations, compliance, and workforce management across various regions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably within a PEO, global HR consulting, or similar environment
- Strong understanding of global HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Global expertise and experience working with international clients
- Proven track record in partnering with senior leadership and driving HR initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly with complex employee relations and compliance issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex HR concepts to various stakeholders
