Stockroom Operations Lead, HOKA

We're seeking a Stockroom Operations Lead to oversee the stockroom, maintain stockroom standards, and promote a positive and respectful environment. The successful candidate will lead by example, model exceptional stockroom standards, and partner closely with the Store Manager to train and develop stock associates.

Requirements

• One (1) to two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Excellent team-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications.
• Valid driver’s license.
