Job Description
DecisionPoint seeks a Cyber Team Lead to oversee cybersecurity readiness evaluations and compliance activities under a long-term DoD IT services program.
Requirements
- Clearance Requirement: Active Secret clearance required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of cybersecurity or readiness assessment experience.
- Experience leading small teams performing security inspections or risk assessments in a defense setting.
- Hands-on experience with RMF/ATO processes, continuous monitoring, and vulnerability scanning tools.
- Experience managing and maintaining system records within the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) platform.
- Desired: Experience in space and missile defense.
- CompTIA Security+ CE required (DoD 8570 IAT II baseline).
- CEH, CISSP, or equivalent preferred.
