Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AI Product Governance Lead to lead our journey in building and scaling an AI Management System (AIMS) processes for Deciphex and our groups.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing / delivering AI Product governance, risk management, or compliance in a regulated industry
- Strong understanding of the EU AI Act, AI risk frameworks, bias, and ethics in AI
- AI Product experience with the ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders across technical, compliance, and regulatory teams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse technical and non-technical teams
