Job Description
The Director, Brand Lead will lead the Marketing Team in developing brand strategy and execution within Deciphera's and Ono's Hematology portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters plus 12+ years of experience of marketing and related experience in the Pharma industry.
- Launch experience required, Hematology preferred, with a demonstrated track record of commercial success in positions with progressive responsibilities.
- Extensive knowledge of medical, regulatory, legal review process in the US.
- Excellent people management skills and experience.
