Associate Director, Site Contracts, Budgets, and Payments

We are seeking a strategic and operationally strong Associate Director to lead global site contracting and investigator grant activities across clinical programs.

Requirements

• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary escalation point for global site contracts, budgets, and payments
• Lead development of investigator grant budgets, payment terms, and contracting strategies
• Oversee contract tracking, documentation, and compliance across internal systems and external partners
• Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and CROs to drive efficient study startup and lifecycle execution
• Travel up to 25% as needed
