Quality Construction Manager (On-site) - Lubbock, Texas

Decima International is a professional services company seeking a Quality Construction Manager (QCM) to support the construction and commissioning of hyperscale data center projects. The QCM will lead and manage the quality and commissioning processes for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in mission-critical construction with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems
• Strong working knowledge and experience with data center design in various geographies across North America
• Ability to analyze and evaluate construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Competency in CPM scheduling methods, construction cost estimating, proposal generation and development, document management, and contract administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and other industry computer applications
• Exceptional leadership, communication, written and verbal presentation, and team-building skills
• Ability to multitask and work within a team on projects in an extremely fast-paced and demanding environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
