Document Controller (On-site) - Lubbock, Texas

Decima International is seeking a highly skilled and driven Document Controller to support diverse projects across infrastructure, technology, and construction sectors. The role requires exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Act as the single point of contact for all document control activities at the project site
• Assist project leads with creation, submission, tracking, and closure of project documentation
• Maintain on-site presence at dedicated project locations
• Attend and facilitate project progress meetings
• Scan, organize, and file project documents
• Track project materials and compile backup documentation
• Develop and maintain understanding of relevant legislation and Quality Manual
• Cultivate comprehensive knowledge of project quality standards and procedures
