Construction Quality Program Manager - Multiple Regions (Northeast, Midwest, South, West)

Decima International is a professional services company providing project management and controls services to clients in the United States and the Middle East. We are looking for a knowledgeable and driven Construction Quality Program Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control efforts across large-scale data center construction projects.

Requirements

• 20+ years of construction experience with a strong emphasis on quality assurance and quality control
• Proven experience managing or directing construction quality programs on large-scale data center or similar high-tech infrastructure projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Strong working knowledge of construction processes, including civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
