Decima International is seeking a driven and capable Construction Manager to support the development of multiple data center projects. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in project management and data center development.

Requirements

• 12+ years of construction project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in construction, civil engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong understanding of construction management and civil, structural, architectural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines
• Prior hyperscale data center development and construction experience
• Experience developing a wide range of reports for different audiences
• Experience in client-facing roles
• Demonstrated ability to understand technical and complex construction programs and communicate progress clearly to both technical and executive audiences
