Construction Manager (Civil, Structure, Architecture) - (On-site) Indianapolis, Indiana

Decima International is seeking a driven and capable Construction Manager (Civil, Structural, Architectural) to support the development of multiple data center projects for a top technology client. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of construction project management experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related technical field, and strong understanding of construction and CSA disciplines.

Requirements

• 12+ years of construction project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in construction, civil engineering, structural engineering, architectural engineering, project management, or a related technical field
• Strong understanding of construction and CSA disciplines
• Prior hyperscale data center development and construction experience
• Solid working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, and building systems/components
• Experience developing a wide range of reports for different audiences
• Experience in client-facing roles
• Demonstrated ability to understand technical and complex construction programs and communicate progress clearly to both technical and executive audiences
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and accurately to any audience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
