Job Description
Decentralized Masters is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to bridge strategy and execution. This role will focus on marketing infrastructure, process optimization, and campaign management, leveraging marketing automation platforms and analytics to drive growth. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, cross-functional, and comfortable in a remote work environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Segment, GA, Looker, etc.).
- Strong technical aptitude for data flow, integrations, and tracking.
- Experience building dashboards and analyzing performance metrics.
- Excellent process orientation, documentation skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
