Job Description
As a FinCrime Analyst, you will provide exceptional support to customers, promote a safe, secure and compliant environment, and investigate financial crime cases.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Support or FinCrime role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Fluency in English, spoken and written.
- Familiarity with fintech and cryptocurrency concepts and trends is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
