Merchandiser

boohooMAN is seeking a Merchandiser to drive sales, optimize profitability, and maintain product strength. The role involves using data and commercial instinct to plan budgets, manage stock, and build strong relationships with Buying, VM, Studio, and Finance teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about menswear and streetwear and thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar Merchandising role.
• Solid understanding of WSSI and trading frameworks.
• Advanced Excel skills and a sharp numerical mindset.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Commercial awareness with a passion for menswear and streetwear.
• Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
