Deallus is a global management consulting firm specialized in life sciences, seeking a Senior Consultant - Manager to join their growing team in Shanghai. The successful candidate will manage client projects, build relationships with clients and project teams, and drive team leadership in Shanghai.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Senior Consultant
• BA/BS/MS/PhD degree in Life Sciences
• Highly proficient in MS Office (to include Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• Strong people management skills
• Ability to manage difficult conversations with ease
• In-depth understanding of the life sciences/pharma industry, particularly within China
