Senior Marketing Operations Manager

As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will drive operational excellence across marketing, sales, and revenue growth initiatives, optimizing marketing-to-sales funnel performance, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and aligning revenue-generating teams to accelerate growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Marketing Analytics, preferably in B2B technology or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong marketing background, with expertise in demand generation, lead management, and marketing analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
• Deep understanding of ABM strategies, campaign attribution models, and revenue funnel optimization.
• Experience in pipeline forecasting, performance analysis, and marketing-to-sales alignment.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights for revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
