• Operating social media experience
• Basic recognition of various indicators
• Experience in short video creative planning and basic video editing skills
• Ability to understand different groups and popular topics in various fields
• Familiarity with Dcard product features and operation processes
• Good communication skills, active, meticulous, and patient
• Team spirit, high pressure resistance, and good self-management ability
• Flexible and sensitive thinking, able to adjust operation direction according to situation
