The Creative Director is the senior day-to-day creative leader of Dazed Studio, responsible for ensuring high standards of craft, cultural relevance, and strategic clarity in all creative work.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in the creative industry
- Senior creative leader with experience running complex, multi-disciplinary projects
- Ability to manage multiple creative workstreams at once without losing quality or momentum
- Confident people leader with experience delegating, developing, and motivating a team
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex briefs
