Job Description
Customer Service Representatives assist Dayton Freight customers with inquiries related to freight pickup, rate quotes, shipment tracking, and scheduling. They handle billing, provide excellent communication, and may assist with payroll, data entry, and other operational tasks.
Requirements
- Assist the Service Center Manager
- Take and deliver messages for the Service Center Manager
- Prepare bills of lading and delivery receipts
- Maintain excellent communication with external and internal customers
- Handle a high volume of phone calls
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
