Dayshape is seeking a Product Designer to help improve and extend its product functionality and user experience. The ideal candidate will have a good blend of visual, UI, and UX skills, experience working on complex enterprise software flows, and a drive to learn and improve. They will work closely with the Product & Engineering teams to complete UX and UI design activities across the software development lifecycle.

- Keen to grow data-informed design practices within the team
- Keeps up-to-date with current UI trends and patterns

- Experience working on an established product, making incremental improvements to a live product with a large user base
- Basic technical awareness (e.g. HTML/CSS/front-end frameworks and data)
- Prior experience or awareness in designing for accessibility
- Familiarity with UX laws, heuristics, and principles and the ability to apply them to make more informed design decisions
- Experience using data to evaluate and iterate on designs
