Services Technical Consultant Sr.

Dayforce is a global human capital management company seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join their award-winning team. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting system integration between Dayforce HCM and other enterprise applications using Dayforce APIs and internal tools. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in a technical consulting role, particularly in SaaS Human Capital Management systems.

Requirements

• Manage multiple project priorities simultaneously
• Actively manage service delivery
• Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements
• Design, develop, and configure integration solutions
• Work directly with third-party vendors
• Transform customer data into Dayforce HCM-specific formats
• Provide technical consulting services
• Proactively propose solutions and respond to client requests
• Conduct end-to-end unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing
• Document integration specifications, process flows, and support guides
• Partner with project managers to ensure deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality standards
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Dayforce platform
