Job Description
The Arc Erie County New York is seeking Community Habilitation Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct supervision to individuals with disabilities in community and residential settings. The position involves supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals and outcomes, providing services in the community or in individual's home, and participating in on-the-job training.
Requirements
- High School diploma & (1) yr of full-time human services experience
- Associate degree (60 credit hours completed) & 6 months human services experience
- Bachelor's degree w/ no experience
