The Sr. Recruiter will utilize practical recruiting techniques, carry a full desk to source and screen talent to fill immediate openings as well as pipeline for future opportunities. The Sr. Recruiter will work towards fulfilling both individual performance goals as well as contribute to the overall success of the business center.
Requirements
- Consistently demonstrates a track record in execution of full life cycle recruitment (source, screen, submit, pipeline, etc), policies and guidelines, and client service objectives.
- A successful candidate in this role has a track record in meeting ramp or productivity goals.
- Operates proficiently in filling various types of jobs in various industries.
- Provides support and takes initiative through the interview process, including performing the necessary screening requirements and through the offer phase.
- Maintains an ongoing pipeline of relevant passive and active relationships with exceptional talent to lessen time-to-fill and increase quality of job fills.
- Participate in creation of sourcing strategy by recommending ideas to satisfy client requirements.
- Highly proficient in leveraging online recruiting resources including job boards, professional affiliations, niche sites, social networking, etc.
