Requirements
- Perform technical design and provide guidance on specifications, reports, and production drawings and models
- Review designs and production drawings and models for assigned projects and conduct Independent Technical Reviews as needed
- Partner with project managers and clients to support strong relationships, client satisfaction, and successful project delivery, including input on project strategy, proposals, and stakeholder communications
- Mentor, train, and coach engineers and designers to support technical excellence and develop team managers in leadership and management practices
- Assign and monitor workloads to ensure alignment with department and company priorities, staff capacity, and project needs
- Review and approve timesheets, conduct performance evaluations, support hiring and promotion decisions, and manage compensation planning to drive team development and retention
