Job Description
Lead a team of residential service technicians, ensuring they deliver five-star experiences to homeowners. As Electrical Service Manager, you'll guide a team, mentor their growth, and uphold the Dawson's Electric & Air brand.
Requirements
- Manage and mentor a team of residential electrical service technicians
- Provide ongoing training in electrical code and safety standards, hands-on trade skills, and service soft skills
- Ride along with service techs to coach in the field
- Review jobs and provide feedback for technical accuracy and service quality
- Work closely with dispatch and leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Help onboard and develop new service techs to succeed in a customer-facing, performance-driven environment
- Collaborating with sales and operations teams to develop proposals
- Monitoring service metrics and driving productivity improvements
- Identify skills gaps and provide structured development plans for technicians
- Hold technicians accountable to company standards in both trade and service
