Job Description
Dawn Foods is seeking a Technical Baking Representative II to support bakery customers by leveraging baked product knowledge and Dawn's products. This role involves developing and maintaining sales, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales and profit goals. The position offers hybrid work in the Brampton, Ontario market with approximately 75% time spent on the road.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A Culinary, or Pastry and Bakery Arts program certificate is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of baking experience, working with various channels of customers.
- Strong understanding of baking processes and equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to build strong working relationships.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft programs.
