The Restaurant and Operations Manager will provide overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. The role requires a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene, with the ability to oversee all aspects of the business and lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
