Job Description
Daubert Chemical Company is seeking an experienced R&D Formulation Chemist III for its coatings product line. This advanced role requires extensive laboratory and formulation experience, including scaling processes from lab to production. The ideal candidate will conduct research, analyze materials, and develop new products with minimal supervision, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This position is onsite in the company's manufacturing plant in Midway Airport, Illinois.
Requirements
- Develop formulations and modifications for new or existing products.
- Perform stability, performance, and data testing.
- Identify formulation issues and resolve them.
- Provide technical support to customers and sales.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare samples.
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and Daubert’s procedures.
