Requirements

• Develop and manage our complete external communication for both B2C and B2B target groups, determining the ideal (digital) channel mix and developing creative campaigns that effectively communicate our message.
• Monitor the effectiveness of these campaigns closely and make adjustments as needed.
• Set clear KPIs and budgets, carefully monitor them, and ensure that projects, actions, and campaigns are completed from A to Z within the planned timeframe and resources.
• Translate customer and market insights into relevant online and offline campaigns, continuously analyze results, and optimize based on data to create maximum impact.
• Coordinate events and actions that increase visibility and ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders.
