Senior Backend Engineer

DataRobot is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join their Monitoring and Governance (MLOps) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for adapting the company's MLOps offering to deal with new technical challenges in predictive and generative AI, working directly with customers, and collaborating with the product management team.

Requirements

• Master’s in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of production experience writing Python applications
• CKAD level understanding of Kubernetes (certification is not necessary)
• Basic understanding of Linux System Administration
• Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB or ElasticSearch
• Basic understanding of OpenTelemetry Tracing, Logs and Metrics
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing in English on technical issues
