Datagrid is building AI agents that can actually do work, not just assist. They're looking for a Principal AI Engineer to lead the retrieval layer of their AI agents, working on a world-class retrieval system that understands complex data and surfaces the right context at scale.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of experience in production AI/ML systems
- Deep understanding of information retrieval fundamentals
- Experience with multimodal models and vision-language understanding
- Proven track record building and scaling production data pipelines
