Job Description
The IT Operations - SaaS team is responsible for the SaaS landscape that Datadog employees use on a daily basis. As a SaaS Administrator 2, you will maintain and improve SaaS services such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
Requirements
- Administer the Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence)
- Configure, troubleshoot, monitor, and administer SaaS applications
- Implement and maintain integrations between SaaS applications
- Automate workflows and tasks to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with Engineering and Business Systems teams
- Serve as a point of escalation for the IT Support team
- Maintain documentation related to SaaS application policies and procedures
