We're looking for a Field Enablement Manager to deliver engaging live and virtual enablement sessions for global Sales and Customer Success teams, and partner with Enterprise Sales leaders to identify performance trends and development needs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, learning and development, or a related field
- Strong business acumen and ability to interpret performance data
- Experienced facilitator skilled in leading engaging, discussion-driven sessions
- Collaborative and relationship-oriented
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Command of the Message
- Foundational understanding of Datadog’s core product pillars
