We are seeking an Event Marketing Manager to join our high-performing team and support third-party events and tradeshows across the Asia Pacific region. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering high-quality event experiences, consistently meeting deadlines, and collaborating cross-functionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of event management experience in a high-tech, B2B, or fast-paced environment managing lead-generating events.
- Fluent in Japanese with strong English proficiency.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong reporting and analytical skills; familiarity with Salesforce, Metabase, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong communicator and presenter with experience leading meetings with key stakeholders.
- Positive, proactive, team-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable with flexible hours, including evenings/weekends during event cycles.
- Willing and able to travel at least 50% (domestic and international).
- Able to lift up to 11kg and stand for extended periods during events.
