Job Description
Databricks is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead complex technical programs. The role requires transforming Databricks' operations and requires a strong team leadership ability. The focus is on business impact, data-driven decision-making, and creating sustainability improvements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in driving strategic technical initiatives across many functions, influencing stakeholders VP+
- Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas (Infrastructure, Security, and/or Business domains)
- Experience in Fit Gap Analysis, leading design and technical trade off conversations to a closure
- Demonstrate an advanced ability to define and break down ambiguous and complex business problems
- Experience in the enterprise software industry, SaaS and B2B experience preferred
