Job Description
Databricks is seeking a visionary Senior Manager to transform its IT support function into a strategic advantage. This role will focus on re-imagining support service, embedding AI and automation, and building globally-distributed teams, with a focus on excellent customer experience. The manager will lead and inspire regional and global teams, drive digital transformation through AI, and define key performance indicators.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT Support or Service Management
- Proven success driving large-scale service transformations and digital modernization initiatives
- Strong command of IT service delivery best practices and frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Strategic thinker and operator, comfortable balancing long-term vision with tactical execution
- Exceptional communicator and collaborator
- Relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, AI/automation, Six Sigma)
