Legal Counsel (Latin America)

Databricks is seeking a qualified Attorney to join their growing commercial legal team. The role will involve negotiating Master Cloud Services Agreements, data privacy, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of commercial legal transactional experience with direct experience in the LatAM region.

Requirements

• Minimum of four (4) years of technology transactions experience
• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; native speakers preferred
• Relevant commercial transactional experience working for and/or supporting cloud-based software companies
• Demonstrated experience drafting, negotiating, and closing complex software sell-side transactions
• Proven ability to successfully navigate and counsel on complex legal issues
• Able to prioritize competing demands and be responsive to client expectations
