Customer Success Engineer (f/m/i)

We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join our Research Enablement team, working with an international and passionate team of professionals to build secure, compliant, and high-impact digital solutions. The role involves building features around LLM infrastructure, aligning with cross-partner program leadership, and integrating in-house fine-tuned LLMs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working closely with researchers
• Ability to work across engineering, product, and research teams
• High ownership, curiosity, and readiness to experiment with evolving AI technologies
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy and reliability in a regulated health tech environment
