Data Vault Architect - Data Platform Migration Lead

Data Meaning is seeking a Data Platform Migration Lead to drive the end-to-end modernization of our customer's data ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings deep technical mastery combined with strategic decision-making and program leadership skills.

Requirements

• Expert-level Data Vault 2.0 (DV2) with hands-on hub/link/satellite modeling.
• Strong Snowflake engineering and architecture background.
• Demonstrated experience modernizing ETL → ELT pipelines.
• Proven ability to reverse-engineer Informatica Cloud mappings.
• Experience with ingestion/replication tools such as Fivetran, CData, Precog, etc.
• Erwin Data Modeler + Erwin DI automation experience.
• Exposure to dbt modeling (nice-to-have).
• Experience with semantic layers and BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, AtScale, Kyvos, Snowflake Semantic Views.
• 10+ years in data architecture, engineering, or enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with BI migrations, especially MicroStrategy → Tableau/Power BI.
• Comfort working in cross-organizational architecture governance environments.
• Experience leading technology evaluations, vendor negotiations, and platform strategy.
• Strong delivery ownership and roadmap/program management skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
