Job Description
DAS Technology Group is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee Mechanical, Test, NPI, CAD, and Document Control teams. The successful candidate will lead the design and development of intricate custom integrated microwave assemblies and microwave amplifiers, and provide oversight to the Document Control team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or related engineering discipline
- 15+ years of work experience in microelectronics packaging, microwave testing, and manufacturing
- Experience in RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave frequency subsystem mechanical design, analysis, validation, and automation
- Ability to design and analyze hardware for combat, flight, and space environments
- Excellent communication skills and previous experience managing technical employees
