Creator Manager

Darkroom is hiring a Creator Manager to lead client-facing creator strategy and execution across their Creator Services division. The role owns the relationship between brands and their creator network, ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned, operationally sound, and performance-driven across platforms.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, UGC, or affiliate programs.
• Strong client management experience and comfort leading strategy conversations.
• Deep understanding of creator workflows, usage rights, and cross-platform activation.
• Analytical and performance-oriented, with the ability to translate creator output into measurable impact.
• Highly organized and confident managing multiple clients and creator pipelines simultaneously.
• Strong communicator with a creator-first mindset and commercial awareness.
