Customer Service Advocate

To support our growth, we are looking for a customer service advocate to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our customers' interactions with Daniels Health are seamless.

Requirements

• Interfacing with customers via phone and email to answer questions, resolve issues, and manage scheduling requests
• Reporting, investigating, and resolving customer requests and complaints via Salesforce
• Maintaining and updating filing, inventory, and database systems
• Working closely with production and transport teams to ensure timely delivery
• Supporting with routing and rerouting of trucks on a daily/weekly basis
• Liaising with departments and customers on account changes
• Generating reports for the leadership team
• Improving the current administrative process
