Job Description
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for planning, preparing, and executing installations and commissioning at the customer, as well as handling customer complaints and providing training and advisory services.
Requirements
- Completed technical education with subsequent training as a technician in the mechanical engineering field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in service
- Good business knowledge
- Good knowledge of common MS-Office programs
- Knowledge of working with ERP systems (ideally in ProAlpha)
- Very good English skills in word and writing
- Worldwide travel readiness
- High performance orientation and enjoyment of cross-functional work as well as taking on responsibility
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented, self-assured appearance in conjunction with an appropriate assertiveness
