As the Technical Support Manager for Danfoss Drives in Korea, you’ll be the driving force behind technical excellence and customer satisfaction. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Support Engineers to deliver world-class pre-sales and post-sales support.

Requirements

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Support Engineers
• Prioritize and allocate resources across commissioning, field service, troubleshooting, and technical proposals
• Monitor KPIs and service metrics, driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction
• Standardize and optimize support processes, documentation, and tools within the team
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align customer needs with Danfoss solutions
• Lead advanced customer discussions on drive system optimization and lifecycle strategies
• Oversee technical training and onboarding for customers and internal sales teams
