Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Danish Speaking Production Engineer to join our Production Engineering department. As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing and driving continuous improvement projects for the PCBA manufacturing process, specifically our SMT line.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing.
- Deep experience in production processes with a strong understanding of electronic assembly processes and equipment.
- Proficiency in process analysis tools like Lean and Six Sigma.
- Strong problem-solving skills using tools like 8D, 5 Whys, and fishbone diagrams.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as PPAP, MSA, calibration, PFMEA, control plans, and SPC.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
